Certain mechanics, like the karma and alliance system, are underwhelming and don’t offer much of anything besides shallow distractions. Despite combat being movement heavy, enemies have small aggro ranges and their health resets completely after leaving these zones. And don't think choices matter, because they don't. Biomutants world is one where many NPCs can be met and, despite the lack of information about specific characters, developers THQ Nordic and Experiment 101 have shown footage including some of them. + Crafting is one of its strongest features, where individual components are fixed together, often resulting in wacky creations. + Combat is chaotic and fun–go close quarters or stay at range with weapons and magic, it’s up to the player. there was still a decent chance characters would make nonsense sounds for what felt like. + A range of mounts, some can be purchased or tamed, while others are integral to the plot, but all feel good to traverse the environment. Biomutant is the least fun Ive had with a game in a while. + It looks great visually with a nice artistic style and a bright and beautiful world to explore, including different biomes. + Character customisation allows for a wide range of appearances, from adorable furballs, to grotesque abominations. + A third-person action role-playing adventure that has its moments of humour and weirdness.
